How to Control Locked Widgets in Blogger

Sometimes when you change a new template (design) in blogger you found many locked widgets that you can't control it (move it or delete it) but in this tutorial on pronline space i will show you How To Delete or Move locked Widgets In Blogger.
All you need to do is going to : Dashbord --> template --> Html Code --> Ctrl+F and the name of the fixed widget
you will find that the fixed widget is like that locked='true' change it to locked='false'
